Make Javascript requirement reference dynamic #7

If you use the module with the name as cloned: silverstripe-customhtmleditorfield the JS wont get loaded since the path is hardcoded.

I always remove "silverstripe-" from the folder name for tidyness if nothing else but you're right this is probably good practice anyway
