add subject and object categories #2

Not all of these will make sense together, or maybe they should be put together with other categories. These can go in 'subject_category' or 'object_category':

"variant" "gene" "disease" "phenotype" "genotype" "pathway" "model"

Moved @cmungall comment on #4 . . .

e.g. monarch-disease-phenotype, monarch-disease-gene, ... Just calling it 'monarch-disease' will lead to confusion... unless you make this the union of all object types.. but this could be confusing as the columns may not line up

For different option types.

So, we have subject and object categories for each.

Sometimes the "query" is in the subject_closure (e.g., Gene) and sometimes its in the object_closure.

I think it will be preferable to do these as a one-off each.
