Charging #4

I realise this isn't a software issue, but there's no other site for discussion of this project that I've seen.

How are people charging their probes?

I have the Meater (not Meater+) block, so I use that.

Using whatever charging method you got with your probes, no change here. A 4x Meater Block and 1x Meater+ in my case. The only catch is that you need to remove the battery from the Meater+ charger before you can connect to that probe via BLE. We could connect to the Meater+ repeater as well so this doesn’t need to be done, but I haven’t tried this.

So I was hoping you "roll your own" people had a charging solution :) Otherwise I do exactly what @nathanfaber suggested with ditching the battery.

@bbqninja I am currently looking at a solution to this by adding a switch to the Meater block to turn BT on and off or an alternative charging USB powered charging dock all together with the help of a 3D printer. What ideas did you have?
