Describe the bug
After installing the update 2.41.2, and pressing onto the Dialogue tab normally, I have none of the regular functionality of the previous version. In fact, nothing is in the tab at all.

Dialogue Manager version: 2.41.2
Godot version: 4.2.2 stable official
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install latest update
Open editor
Expected behavior
Open the editor and see the same buttons and text as before.
