Custom Card support #59

Based on discussion in channel yesterday.

What would be required to allow specific games to make custom cards for players? Players (probably require admin mode) can upload an image that only works for that game. Then give the regular details of the card and what deck it is. Now it works like a regular card for that game only.

This could be the first step towards custom PBP support.
