Add log-in menu #2

As a user, I can input my log-in information or create an account to access my account and the service.

Acceptance Criteria: As a user, I am prompted for a log-in or to create an account, which I can make using a username and password OR a Google account with adequate verification. From here, it leads the user to their account page which has their existing history and purchases.
