Formatting changes: minor + navigators - had to move awesome link down for navigators :)
Added: Additional resources section, media list, eartharvix, various philosophy groups, truesciphi

Sorry that I didn't response in the past two weeks, this just got buried under a ton of submissions :( I'll have a look tomorrow.

Soooo, I had a look! Looks great, and I think this is a great initiative. I just made a change to your PR in so far as linking to headings that contain images is also possible, so I reverted that change. Also, I made the “Top” links a bit bigger so that they are easier to click!

I hope that reflects your intentions :)
