When the mixtape is finished, perhaps a link can be generated so that the creator of the mixtape can send it to the recipient to view
Should the recipient be able to add notes/comments and edit the songs/playlists? I say no but would like to hear your guys' thoughts

If will also make it much easier if there are no options for multiple mixtapes

I was thinking that when the person creating the playlist is finished. A new page is somehow generated with everything they have put into their mixtape without giving the recipient any ability to make changes to the mixtape. I'll look into it

I agree with you. I think that all the editing power should fall in the hands of the creator.

That sounds good to me--no editing powers for the recipient. This answers my question of how the HTML should be written up. The final mix should be on a separate, linked HTML page.
