Add ability to create new notes easily #7

This issue can be limited to simply creating a new note on your local machine - incorporating them easily into a repo can be done later

Recommendation: Use the most recently created note as a template for the new note (in case the user wants to create a few in a row)

Perhaps a new option, when viewing a note, could be "use this note as the basis of a new note I'll create"
