remove include #41

This file is included by the UnitSimulation later -- do you know what issues it's causing on 18.04? I don't see issues in 20.x LTS, but I'm not sure I have an 18.04 build sitting around.

I think the problem must have been with some old build artefacts; the error was that there was no target for search_environment required by graph_environment. Compilation on a fresh clone of the repository works fine. Sorry for the noise.
