Remove the Clear button #35

Too risky for its usefulness: I have witnessed an IOR user accidentally 
pressing the Clear button when they meant to press the Submit button: not good!

Alternatively, if Clear triggered a snapshot, that would remove the risk

Or require confirmation of Clear with option to disable confirmation.

We went with asking the user to confirm their action if they click the Clear 
button and there are any unsaved changes (we do not give an option to disable 
the confirmation).

Actually, we got rid of the Clear button entirely, it has been supplanted by 
the "New" file menu option.
