Add "restore last request" setting #54

Adding true / false setting that indicates whether to restore the last request 
(from history, but keeping note of the file that was opened too) upon startup

We may even make this supplant 'default request' setting, which has been less 
useful than anticipated

Or instead of supplanting the 'default request' setting, we can just make this 
take precedence over the 'default request' feature.

Also, instead of labeling it "Default Request File Path", "Startup Request File 
Path" may be more accurate.
