Adding Notification Email functionality. #130

@nathanwoulfe I thought I'd create this PR in case you wanted to include the change that adds the Notification Email field on an approval group. This/these email address(es) get a notification when content is approved/rejected etc and don't have to belong to Umbraco account holders.

Up to you if you want to include it - if not then you can use it for reference if you want to do something similar later in Plumber 2. Thanks.

Hey @willchis this looks amazing! Will find some time to have a proper look at it all, but don't see any reason why this wouldn't be a great addition. Cheers!
