Update package in npm #24

I'm having the problem addressed in #22 where the pull request has been merged but it hasn't been pushed yet.

I had to edit manually the index.js file in the modules folder in my project to use it. It'd be great if the package was updated and downloadable from npm.

It's summer here, so no haste :smile:

Just pushed 0.2.3 which just has the windows fix. Hope that solves everything for you :)
