Possible Solution
For myself, I found a temporary solution to the problem in this way: I add a single track to my playlist, then copy the link of my playlist and already correctly downloads the artwork as original quality.

Possible Solution For myself, I found a temporary solution to the problem in this way: I add a single track to my playlist, then copy the link of my playlist and already correctly downloads the artwork as original quality.
