You may be able to work around this issue by just searching for the album in the Deezer web app, and then copy/paste the url into streamrip CLI. I ran into a similar error when trying to download a specific personal playlist that I imported from Spotify. After looking at the Deezer API output of that playlist, I noticed several tracks having a readable attribute of false, and having non-resolvable ids and/or album ids. After migrating the Spotify playlist once more, with a different tool, the playlist was fine. All tracks had readable set to true and this error no longer occurred. So maybe this search command that you are using here also results in album or tracks with readable is false. Hence my suggestion.

I'd suppose this was fixed with #683 based on issue #677
