This PR adds the following:

A LayerView which consists of multiple Layers containing views. It can be freely switched between them.
- This eliminates the need of ever deleting ListItems
An example for the LayerView and SelectListItem

Add layer_view.cpp to meson.build, rebase and I'll merge :)
