With approval from every significant contributor, I decided to change the library license from GPLv3 to Apache 2.0 (for the yoga rework only, which will eventually replace master).
"Non significant" contributions are contributions that were removed or entirely rewritten (not code washed) in the yoga rework.
GPLv3 is too limiting for a library and prevents users from using it on proprietary platforms / commercial software, which goes against my will to make borealis an universal controller / TV oriented UI library. Changing the license is a first step towards that direction.
