[x] Ran the migration script and made a new request to the API. Verified that a new row was created in the registrations database table.

[x] @aahna-ashina Run the migration script (0.6.0.sql) for the passports-goerli database.

Assuming that there is no data in there yet, all good 😉

@johnmark13 Actually, the 0.6.0.sql migration script deletes any existing data before adding the new column.

The migration script will be run at the same time as merging this branch into main.
