Content security policy does not allow the CSS to be built into the SVG object.

Also a number of tweaks to the HTML and CSS so that:

Text is not aligned using the deprecated align argument in HTML tags.
the bold sections of the homepage main title are emphasised as the HTML suggests it was intended to be.
a non-standard apostrophe is replaced.
