Review the list of digital surrogates and prepare them for uploading:

[ ] identify location of images
[ ] identify a pre-upload server
[ ] arrange for extraction of files to be uploaded to pre-upload server
[ ] obtain hard-drive for content to be extracted from Dark Archive holding
[ ] Undertake audit of files for completeness, quality and suitability

Benefit to user = 1 - this is an issue over process and so doesn't affect users Benefit to TNA = 2 - helps us to better manage the upload service. We can use existing servers but this raises risks of missing content or duplication effort Business priority = 0 Impact of doing nothing = 2 - helps us to better manage the upload service
