1 - OCR of pdfs is no longer being created (Education would like Digital Services to manage this in future). 2 - new metadata is now being managed by PROCat which means the OCR indexing process (which uses the ePRO JISC tables) needs to be updated 3 - the process which split the files into items needs to be updated too

Need to map the processes (and actors) from Accession of the papers to publication on Discovery. To question / challenge the various steps and activities.
