This is to do with the focus outline not meeting contrast requirements. We need to identify an outline colour that will achieve at least 3:1 contrast with the background. Once we've identified the solution, this needs to be cascaded across TNA websites and discovery.

This has been implemented by @domingobishop on tna-base, using bootstraps focus blue. TNA and Discovery will be done shortly.

Spoke to @JamesWChan and @AshTNA - this has been implemented in Discovery but needs deployment.
