To fix this I propose:

• Add a sr-only span to the cookie notice "Close" text, or just rename it. Source code for the cookie notice we'll need to modify is here:

• Maybe write a script which can detect catalogue references using regex (I'm sure someone has probably already written regex to detect cat references) and append a sr-only span to these links to explain they are catalogue references.
• Add a sr-only span to the Start here button on https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/help-with-your-research/#find-a-research-guide, or just rename it
