Update JSON-LD that appears in WordPress sites to reference new logo #74

I've noticed that the source of our homepage references an old version of our logo stored in the uploads folder in the JSON-LD. Other pages do not seem to have an entry for 'logo' in the JSON-LD (but I have not explored this fully)
