Fix sr-only causing accessibility error #81

Hi @JamesWChan,

Would you be able to merge this PR?

It fixes the issue we saw on WebAIM WAVE where the sr-only classes were displaying a contrast issue. I added a black background and white text to the class (although it's always invisible to the eye) to solve this.
