Changes to index.html page

Hi @punalsc ,

just a few small changes needed:

• Add The Genealogist to Useful Links (request from Chrissy)
• Remove 'Video guides' from 'Help with your research'
• Add '.' after 'here' in privacy notice
• Change 'Valuation Office map maker' to 'Valuation Office map finder’
