There is a recurring issue which we have been witnessing for a long time when dealing with enquiries that strongly suggests we should look again at how we present our research guides tags.
As you know, when a keyword is selected from the A-Z and the matching guides presented to the user, the tag appears highlighted yellow. Users ring us up complaining of going round in a loop because they are clicking on the highlighted word instead of the guide title itself – so despite the guide title being right there in front of them, they don’t click on it as they are so drawn in by the yellow highlighting.
Can we you look at this? Our recommendation would be to remove the highlighting altogether.
From Matt Norman:
Hello,
There is a recurring issue which we have been witnessing for a long time when dealing with enquiries that strongly suggests we should look again at how we present our research guides tags.
Thanks,
Matt
