Footer issue in tna theme

Rather than being full-width, the footer now appears to be stuck at the content width. For example - http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/education/

This looks like an issue with an unclosed <div>.

I think the div that needs to be closed is the <div class="container"> that wraps <div class="newsletter-template"> and is immediately before <div id="footer-wrapper">

I've been looking at recent commits and am wondering if it's https://github.com/nationalarchives/tna/commit/e82a63ce3890e2d116e0dc5e91417682080b2312 that removed the closing <div>
