The size for #goTop and information icon (See report) are 4px smaller than the recommended minimum. These changes would need to be applied everywhere they are in use.

I believe the #goTop element has been removed, as shown by this commit by @netdesignr https://github.com/nationalarchives/tna/commit/41cab7a45ac8393a8534ad98c7acde1dc77d3697
