Link highlighting (Page 83) #170

This is a design challenge to be updated in the Design Guide. How do we make it visually clearer that the item is a link when hovered over. These specific boxes lack aspects (like inline links/buttons) which work well for others.

Think also about how focus and hover states work together. For example, on the home page give 'Help with your research' focus, then hover over it. This results in white text on a yellow background.

Would we say this has been resolved with the new rebrand styling?

New link style addressed with rebrand reflecting GDS link behaviour. This has been applied to tna-base resolving the issue of the hover state of cards by a stronger focus highlighting mechanism.
