h3 on this page are Open Sans - please change to Roboto Mono

Also, add border-top to sidebar h2

I have manually overrided the CSS that was making this Open Sans, but as you can see here the open sans came from this CSS which has many h2's and h3's which are being forced to use Open Sans - should I just change this line so that all those elements also use Roboto Mono? https://github.com/nationalarchives/tna/blob/feature/rebrand/css/sass/_custom_design_patterns.scss#L347
