Sorting of the "1939 register" research guide and keywords #39

The 1939 register shows up in the full list of research guides under 1 rather than N which is where it should be - this is the only guide that starts with a number.

I investigated a quick fix but couldn't see an obvious/neat way of doing this - it probably needs a little more thought (perhaps having a sort custom field although that seems a bit heavy for one problematic guide!).

Additionally keywords that start with a number aren't available from the keyword based A-Z as users are only offered the letters - this applies to the "1939 register" keyword and a number of others that can be seen here:

Hi Andy

I believe research guides that originally started with a number were renamed so we didn't have this problem. Beth or Simon might be able to shed more light on this or they can prove I'm barking mad.

I wonder if the quickest short term fix to part two of this problem is to a have a number section in the keyword A-Z so (#) (A) (B) (C) ...

as well as the 1939 register keyword this will also catch the 16th cerntury, 17th century... etc. keywords.

Sadly, still no easy fix for the first problem.

Resolved by enabling browsing keywords by the number (1) - it was decided to leave the title of teh guide the same so it will continue to file in the all guides list under "1" not "N"
