This is low priority but should be fixed when we move research guides to their own child site
Guided search forms use a simple short code that includes a file with the form code in the page - if the guided search form file doesn't exist the error message is output to the browser.
e.g.
No such file found: D:\webapps\wordpress/wp-content/themes/tna/inc/guided-search-forms/war_deaths
The existence of the file should be checked before including.
