Research guides: Problem with clicking an already active link on the filter page #67

This is a long-standing problem that can be quite frustrating for users (I just had an email from someone who "waited up to two hours for the page to load but no luck" !!!

The problem can be reproduced by choosing a subject filter and then clicking the same category again (for the user above the confusion was caused by CEE sending her to a results page rather than the guide and then she logically clicked on the category she wanted (and waited 2 hours!!!).

and click on "mi5 and mi6" again - and wait... and wait (for two hours!)

@grange85 This easiest fix will be to remove the link from the currently selected subject. I'll create a feature to fix this and the other issue with the loading animation.

I've created feature - https://github.com/nationalarchives/tna/tree/feature/19122017_research_guides_issues_67_65_fixes - for issues 65 and 67 to fix the spinner issues.
