Duplicate keepers gallery template to accommodate the Time Travel Club #80

This is a hack to create a version of the Keepers Gallery template in old tna that can be used to accommodate an alternative page.

The current KG template has a lot of hard-coded stuff that makes it only of any use for the one page - because this template and the Time Travel Club content will be on old tna there is no desire to spend too much time developing a more elegant solution so a TTC version of the KG template is the quick fix
