DPchecker (Data Package checker) is a package with a series of functions for NPS data package authors and reviewers to check for internal consistency among data/meta data and with the data package standards
Add a check in DPchecker for columns that are completely empty and have no missing value codes. Provide the user with feedback so they can hopefully go back and either remove the column (if truly extraneous) or add a missing value code.
