Insert DPchecker version into metadata #76

Have DPchecker insert the version number into metadata (similar to how EMLeditor does it). This will allow people to verify that DPchecker has been run and which version was used.

There was some discussion of having DPchcker write a new read-only metadata file after the checks had been completed (or perhaps when no errors were detected?). But for now I think multiple metadata files would add too much extra confusion and complexity from the user perspective.
