Fixing some typos in set_datastore_doi documentation #124

Edited instances of "later" to "latter"

Hi James! Thanks for finding these typos.

The html files are autogenerated from .Rd files in the man folder. These in turn are auto-generated from the roxygen documentation that accompanies each function in the relevant .R script. So for the changes to stick, they need to be made at that level.

I found and fixed the later vs latter issue, but it was a bit hard to tell from the html diffs what the other typo you spotted was. Let me know and I'll snipe that one too.

Ah, I should've realized that about the html documents sooner; my bad. There were even comments up top saying explicitly to not edit by hand!

I think the other two instances of later were in styling tags or something, so there's only one instance of later to be changed.
