Add tab to set thresholds for all filtered chars #12

Should be able to save this threshold file so can be loaded with any other .RDS. Should be able to save the default threshold settings with the .RDS file. Plots should default to using these set thresholds.

With thresholds for multiple chars, then should be able to show thresholds matrix when selecting one site-many char
