Support "Playground" as area #720

Already a point {"leisure":"playground"}.

OSM supports both the point and area with only this tag (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dplayground) though we may need to add area=yes for the area.

I am currently adding playgrounds as "Athletic Field" areas in GOGA, so I will go back and translate these once the Playground area preset has been implemented.

This has been added to the spreadsheet, will go live once presets are regenerated.
