Add as area {"landuse":"construction"} http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dconstruction (not currently supported as a point in OSM).

GRTE has a construction area in Jenny Lake here that we'll be rendering in the mobile basemap, I imagine this is applicable to other parks as well.

This has been added to the spreadsheet, will go live once presets are regenerated.
