New area preset "Glacier" not available in `nps_render_polygon` table #772

Along the same lines as #770 but not available in nps_render_polygon and therefore not available in nps_places_polygons Mapbox source.

This should be resolved tomorrow morning.

All set here - glacier areas are now available in the Mapbox source.
