From the latest Lands release 20171231 (#803).

A record for JAZZ is already in our DB, using a geometry from SER.

Geometry from SER is slightly different than latest release from Lands - needs updating in DB.

Geometry has been updated to Lands in DB - will go live once tiles are regenerated.
