Add master list of all features available in Places as searchable page linked from guide #14

The guide currently links to a data preset wiki in the Points of Interest section header which is actually the NPS_Places_Presets google spreadsheet, which isn't very user-friendly.

The working draft of the data call document (as of July 7th) includes the passage "Please review this document for a complete list" in the send us your data section, which is intended to be linked to a master list of all features available for use in Places.

So, it would be beneficial to create a page that we link to from the guide (among other places) to serve as a user-friendly master list of all features available for use in Places, not just the most basic/common features highlighted by the guide primarily for beginners. This page should be simplistic and barebones, probably one large searchable table.

Use case

The assumed use case would be someone asking "Hm, I wonder if I can add _ to Places?" Instead of emailing us, they can simply search the table to see for themselves (similar in theory to http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/). Including a top-10 list of most added feature types in Places might be an interesting addition to this page as well.

Note: consider integrating directly from Places database and/or preset .json files

To include Carto DB API + Mapbox integration as well.

Coincides with https://github.com/nationalparkservice/places-tracing-guide/issues/15. Leaving open for now.
