[TICKETS] Scrolling list not scrolling #21

"The scrollinglist didn't work i 10 min before i got 10 Tickets, now i have
13 an didn't see no more tickets and also the scroll i can't see. I think
the maximum of displays are 12 tickets. Over 12 tickets the scroll dosen't
work."
