New Ticket -> MangAdmin icon #25

Your Operating System and Version (Windows, Linux, etc): Windows

What was the expected output?
If a new ticket come in, the sound play and the minimap icon change from T->M 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ticket come in when you are online

Its only a blemish ;)
