Your Operating System and Version (Windows, Linux, etc): Windows on my pc, 
Debian on the remote server

What was the expected output?
I can correctly see the tickets in the list but when i click on one of it 
i can't see the message in the ticket, and in the chat i see a ].

I got a rank 4 GM.

Language bug. Non enUS clients have issues. Looking for appropriate fix.

Matt, please verify if you still have this issue with the new r36 release on a 
newer core?
