"Who" window is blank and will not show online players #43

Version of TrinityCore/MaNGOS (if known): 9182
Your Operating System and Version (Windows, Linux, etc): Windows

What was the expected output?
"Who" tab will show online players.

What do you see instead?
An empty screen. It's as if TA stole them for itself!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press O (the letter)
2. Click on "Who" tab
3. Click "Refresh"

Not an issue from TA. Resolved with poster offline.
