[Feature Request] Ticket Respond Option #61

Hi, I would like to suggest a new feature to this great addon!
On the server I play, there is a GM command called .ticket respond which makes 
GMs able to Respond to Tickets just like they do on Bizzard.

So I would like to ask if it's possible to add a button on the ticket system to 
"Respond"
and basically it could open a box like mail where you type the text
.ticket respond ticketid text

Umm... you mean like the MAIL button we already have on the Tickets tab? The 
one that lets you respond to the ticket originator?

Sorry, that sounded bitchy. I see there is a .ticket response command in core 
now.. I'll work something up for that.
